It is available on-demand and is updated in real time; ensuring that you will always have the latest status information on how you are performing relative to quota and forecast.
The War Room report has two components:
- The GAP Report: this report shows what’s left in the pipeline, what has already been closed, how much has been committed, how much is Upside, has much been omitted from the pipeline and what’s available in the next quarter to bring forward, should the need arise. The purpose of the GAP Report is to inform you of your quarter status.
- Upside Map: this report displays, in bubble format, all the deals in the pipeline that were not included in the forecast. The purpose of the Upside Map is the identify the deals that have the best chances of being won; allowing you to focus resources on them.
